Romans 12: 4,5

"Just as our bodies have many parts and each part has a special function, so it is with Christ's body. We are all parts of his one body, and each of us has different work to do. And since we are all one body in Christ, we belong to each other, and each of us needs all the others."

I love God's church...I don't just mean "my church", I mean "the church". There is a passion in my heart to see God's church operate as "one". That we could set aside denominational differences, and stand on the fact that Jesus Christ is the son of God, who came for us, died for us, and rose victorious for us. That we would stand as one. Serving one another with the various gifts that God has given each of us.

Jesus said, "I am praying not only for these disciples but also for all who will ever believe in me because of their testimony. My prayer for all of them is that they will be one, just as you and I are one, Father...that just as you are in me and I am in you, so they will be in us, and the world will believe you sent me. I have given them the glory you gave me, so that they may be one, as we are...I in them and you in me, all being perfected into one. Then the world will know that you sent me and will understand that you love them as much as you love me." John 17:20-24

I greatly desire to lead people to the throne of God, whether that be through teaching God's truth, or leading people in worship. Actually, what I really desire, is for ME, to sit at the feet of Jesus, to be in God's presence...."better is one day in His courts than a thousand elsewhere", and I want YOU there with me.

Truth is, if you are my Christian brother or sister, I need you...and you need me....and we all need Jesus!

Father, help us to be united in the precious name of your Son, help us to walk in love, for together we are the Bride of Christ. Jesus my passion is you…
